Shipping
Every KnightShelf book is printed on demand, so please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom — we're working on adding more countries soon. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Canada & United Kingdom: 7-14 business days
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your book leaves our print partner's facility.
Returns & Refunds
We stand behind the quality of every book we produce. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.
Because each book is printed specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for reasons other than a printing or shipping defect. If you have questions about a title before ordering, feel free to reach out first.
